RADULOVITCH
Chief Executive Officer
Carlos Radulovitch serves as C.E.O. at Amarla. Mr. Radulovitch joined Amarla in January 2017 from L Brands where he led the global wholesale and Travel Retail business. A business that was brought to 150 stand-alone stores generating close to 500M retail in four years. Prior to that, he served at L’Oreal for thirteen years, in different roles including General Manager in the Middle East for the local market and headed the largest division of L’Oreal’s Travel Retail subsidiary in the Americas. Over twenty years of executive experience (Europe, Asia Middle East and the US) in the beauty, consumer goods and retail industry, dealing with public, private and government companies globally. He speaks fluently English, French, Arabic and Spanish. Carlos Holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and an engineering degree from Purdue University.

Driven entrepreneur Mr. Baptista has vast experience in consumer markets across multiple industries. Mr. Baptista worked at APVAS incorporating advance analytics to deliver personalized offers to mobile subscribers in central America and the Caribbean designed and deployed strategic marketing campaigns created customer programs that increased brand loyalty and facilitated the use of credit cards for retail chains in Latin America. Mr. Baptista holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Joop de Hoogh is a seasoned Finance professional who combines his entrepreneurial skills with more than 25 years of international M&A and Financial Structuring experience. Joop is a CPA by profession and gained his experience in previous roles as Partner at KPMG and as Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal in Europe, UK and Middle East. He was involved in more than 200 M&A transactions, as well as numerous financial and business improvement engagements for leading Private Equity firms and family Offices. Joop has specialized in the retail and luxury consumer markets and holds an MBA and Post-Doctorate degree in Finance. Joop also is a fellow member of The Royal Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants (NBA).

Brand Manager
Edita Habdelian joined AMARLA in 2015 and currently serves as the Bath & Body Works Brand Manager. She is a highly experienced manager with several years of invaluable experience working in the retail environment in both Local Market and Travel Retail (EMEA) channels. Her leadership of the Travel Retail Business as Senior Operations Manager showcased her expertise in working directly with corporate partners and business lines. She is sought after for her ability to integrate talent development, diversity, and inclusion strategies throughout an organization. Edita has been recognized for successfully delivering sales growth, operational excellence, commercial management, and profit targets. This has allowed her to successfully lead the expansion of the Bath & Body Works brand into four new markets with a projected tripling of the business in the coming year.

Andy Tucker has been widely recognized and received multiple awards for his ability to build and lead motivated, successful teams. With over twenty years of experience in managing personnel, he has specialized in building in-house talent through mentorship, deliberate growth paths, and clear expectations. Having worked in the U.S., Germany, South Korea, and multiple other countries, Mr. Tucker has been extremely successful in building organizations that thrive on cultural diversity. His focus has been on building organizational cultures that grow individuals both personally and professionally and he has been effective from four-man teams up to organizations of over 12,000 people. He has his BA in Psychology and is a graduate of the U.S. Army’s Master Leader Course.

Head of E-Commerce and Marketing
Sara Körner is appointed Head of E-Commerce and Marketing and brings over 6 years of experience in various Marketing and E-Commerce leadership roles in companies such as G-Star RAW, where she was responsible for introducing Zalando in 18 European countries. Sara’s extensive knowledge of the European market will be essential to our continued success and expansion. She joined Amarla’s team in 2022 to maintain an omnichannel approach throughout the Amarla brands and regions. Sara studied International Business Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam.

Sara Körner is appointed Head of E-Commerce and Marketing and brings over 6 years of experience in various Marketing and E-Commerce leadership roles in companies such as G-Star RAW, where she was responsible for introducing Zalando in 18 European countries. Supply chain professional Mr. Mitoulas has a broad experience in supply chain management end to end within an international environment. Mr. Mitoulas has over twenty years of experience managing and coaching supply chains. Mr. Mitoulas has initiated numerous domestic and international projects and led multi-functional teams working remotely and in different time zones. He consistently achieved reducing logistics costs while maintaining high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction in competitive and very turbulent markets. As Amarla’s Head of Logistics, Mr. Mitoulas leads and is responsible for all logistics and inventory activities including warehouse operations, inventory control, international transport, and logistics purchasing. Mr. Mitoulas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and is accredited by the European Logistics Association (ELA).

She brings to Amarla 15 years’ experience in retail and commercial leasing gained in Orco Property Group, JLL and finally Unibail-Rodamco- Westfield, where she hold last position as Key Account Director International Leasing Europe – responsible for short and long term European expansion strategy & pipeline, relationship management, location, financials, technical, cost, legal negotiations and portfolio revision. With her enthusiasm to people and solution oriented mindset, she was ensuring successful cooperation between external parties, corporate office and regional teams. She’s experienced, passionate and positive professional with proven track record in leasing, expansion, planning, negotiation and execution. She speaks English, native Polish and “ein bisschen” German.

Prior to that, she worked for 15 years in Baker McKenzie where she practiced as a Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate lawyer negotiating and drafting agreements for major global companies and leading several due diligence processes. She transitioned into the Technology department, where she increased the productivity of over 13k professionals by making technical decisions and deploying innovative technology software. Ms. Paúl speaks Spanish, English, French and Italian. She holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
