Carlos Radulovitch serves as C.E.O. at Amarla. Mr. Radulovitch joined Amarla in January 2017 from L Brands where he led the global wholesale and Travel Retail business. A business that was brought to 150 stand-alone stores generating close to 500M retail in four years. Prior to that, he served at L’Oreal for thirteen years, in different roles including General Manager in the Middle East for the local market and headed the largest division of L’Oreal’s Travel Retail subsidiary in the Americas. Over twenty years of executive experience (Europe, Asia Middle East and the US) in the beauty, consumer goods and retail industry, dealing with public, private and government companies globally. He speaks fluently English, French, Arabic and Spanish. Carlos Holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and an engineering degree from Purdue University.
Fotini Kyparissouda, serves currently as the HR Director for Amarla. She brings with her more than 16 years of executive management experience from global corporate HR roles in Telcos &Technology industries, in diverse geographics. Experienced in working in matrix organizations, implementing change transitions for start ups operations and M&A.
Expertise areas are supported by the specialized knowledge of MA degree in Human Resources (Leeds University – UK) and are matched by enthusiasm and determination for making difference in business and employees lives as well as a strong customer service attitude.
Store Design and Development President
Brand building executive with more than a decade’s experience in leading global development for multi-unit retail and hospitality brands across North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Passionate to drive brand implementation and strategic real estate implementation across globally diverse cultures based on insights and building trusting relationships! Key achievement includes rapid brand environment development for brands expanding into global and emerging market including Victoria’s Secret, La Senza, Bath and Body Works, Starbucks and Walmart across Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Chief Financial Officer
As Amarla’s Chief Financial Officer, Luis Penzini leads and is responsible for all enterprise, brand and function finance activities including financial planning and analysis, control, enterprise risk management and internal audit, tax, and treasury. In his career, Luis has held corporate finance advisory, corporate development and management consulting positions in retail, telecom and industrial sectors. Luis holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Finance from IESA and a bachelor’s degree in production engineering from Simon Bolivar University
Country Manager Nordics
Over twenty years of experience in different management roles in Retail, with the last fifteen years within the Inditex group. At Inditex Denise developed and structured the ZARA business in the Nordic countries, in various leadership roles. She managed the expansion, setting up new markets and optimizing the business for Massimo Dutti, in the Nordics countries. Later on, Denise was also assigned to oversee and structure the business of Massimo Dutti in North America. Denise joined Amarla’s leadership team in 2019 to launch Victoria’s Secret full assortment and develop the brand in the Nordics. Denise studied European Business Law at Lunds University of Sweden.
Chief Investment and Information Officer
Driven entrepreneur Mr. Baptista has vast experience in consumer markets across multiple industries. Mr. Baptista worked at APVAS incorporating advance analytics to deliver personalized offers to mobile subscribers in central America and the Caribbean designed and deployed strategic marketing campaigns created customer programs that increased brand loyalty and facilitated the use of credit cards for retail chains in Latina America. Mr. Baptista holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
General Manager Bath & Body Works
Born in Athens Greece, George holds a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Patras, Greece. He is also an alumnus of Greek-French School Ecole Jeanne D’Arc. George is a fluent speaker in Greek, English and French. He has worked as a store associate for Migato SA, the leader in the footwear industry in Greece and since 2009 he was a member of MAGISTER ARTIUM GROUP, participating in the development of several brands. In 2012 he joined AMARLA RETAIL SA, contributing to Victoria’s Secret’s expansion in selected travel retail and domestic channels. During 2013, he headed the Development Center of Amarla Retail SA and currently acts as Victoria’s Secret Brand General Manager of Amarla. George is creative and has a propensity to pursue goals with energy and persistence whilst his daily efforts are strongly tied to the practical implementation of operational projects.
Head of Logistics and Inventory
Supply chain professional Mr. Bonekamp has a broad experience in supply chain management end to end within an international environment. Mr. Bonekamp has over twenty years of experience in managing and coaching supply chain teams. He served at Xerox in different supply chain management roles including the Post Sales Supply Chain manager EMEA. Mr. Bonekamp delivered and deployed major supply chain transition projects as right shoring of customer service activities, outsourcing of warehouse operations to 3PL and implementing outbound control tower to improve customer service level and reduce logistics spend. As Amarla’s Head of Logistics, Stephan Bonekamp leads and is responsible for all logistics and inventory activities including warehouse operations, inventory control, international transport and logistics purchasing.Mr. Bonekamp holds a Bachelor Degree (Ing.)
